- In the bottom of 2009, Yangzhi, professor of Renmin University of China, took part in United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen as an expert of the university mission of UN. Being a scholar majored in the field of climate change and low-carbon economy, Professor Yang experienced the challenge and opportunity of China to develop low-carbon economy after the Copenhagen Conference. She said that China must choose a suitable pattern of developing low-carbon economy in order to attain sustainable economic development, so we can抰 copy the New Energy Model of USA. She said that China must make the policies to encourage the whole people participate in emission reduction. As the biggest country of carbon production and carbon emission in the world, China must draw lessons from the loss of the right of discourse in Global Oil Market and take part in the current global carbon market at once, said Professor Yangzhi.
